The beginning of his
career was in 1997. At that time he was nineteen years
old which is average age for young DJ’s, but his talent and
communication with the audience came up already in the first
few gigs.
In a short while, he was discovered by the leading man
of Croatian techno scene, Pero Fullhouse. Impressed
with Silvio’s original perspective on electronic music, he
recruits him as one of the headliners of the leading DJ group
in Croatia – “Omegaritam”.
After that, his skills developed
much faster and very soon he became
favorite DJ for many party goers in Dalmatia. It may
look seamless to write down all the names of the artists he
played with ‘till now.
He worked with almost all of the world’s leading DJ’s;
Carl Cox, Jeff Mills,
Stacey Pullen, Laurent Garnier, Mr.C, Plastikman, Craig Walsh,
Marco Carola, Bryan Zentz, C1, Westbam…
Many
of them were pleasantly surprised with his very dancefull set,
spreaded from tech-house to funky techno backgrounded with
dominant bass lines, very good sense for the dancefloor and
precise mixing.
During the set he transfers his good mood on the crowd,
and that makes the difference between “playing records” and
“playing records”.
Silvio is one of the few
true talents on Croatian scene with tension to expand beyond
the borders of Croatia, with his DJ set or with his
production.
